I've always been drawn to beauty, and finding it has been my passion since I can remember... In my days as a session guitarist I would often visit a luthiers workshop to have work done on my instruments. I was so curious about what went into it, those spaces always had a special something that I really loved. The tools, the woods stacked up on shelves, the smell of the sawdust… all of it had an appeal I would only get to fully explore some 25 odd years later, when I started working with my dear friend and luthier Adriano Sérgio. With him I learned about this amazing material, and tried to take in as much of his romantic obsession with wood grain and attention to detail as I could. In October 2018 the time came when I felt I was ready to open my own shop, I was interested in exploring other aspects of woodworking that weren't necessarily linked to building instruments and that's where Tiny Room Woodworks was born. I currently build fine furniture for home use and for recording studios. Using traditional joinery and elegant design, my goal is to produce one of a kind pieces that have a bit of that magic that I felt early on when I first walked into that luthiers workshop, while also providing my clients with a unique space where they can explore their own ideas through a joint design process.Tomas Rosberg
